Honolulu Hiking Club started as a way to connect with other hikers, but it quickly grew into a movement rooted in community, stewardship, and adventure. What began as weekly hikes evolved into a platform that blends exploration with education and environmental responsibility.
This passion turned into a brand by not only leading hikes but also creating content that highlights the nonprofits we partner with. Through storytelling, photography, and social media, I help bring visibility to their missions—whether it’s restoring native forests, advocating for environmental justice, or strengthening connections between people and the land. From guided hikes to community initiatives, the club has become a bridge between adventure and impact, inspiring others to explore, learn, and give back to Oʻahu’s landscapes.
Now, it’s more than just a club—it’s a movement. Members proudly wear the Honolulu Hiking Club logo, representing a shared commitment to adventure, stewardship, and community.

Every week, I scout, film, and document our hikes—tracking trail conditions, key stats, and visuals to ensure quality and safety. These updates go live on Instagram, keeping members informed before every adventure.
I also built a custom SMS RSVP system, making it easy to sign up via text. Honolulu Hiking Club is more than a hike—it’s a movement rooted in community, accessibility, and a deep connection to the land.
